Bookings

For Dinner: head to our bookings page and enter your card details to secure the booking. We ask for these to prevent no shows. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours your card will be charged the cancellation fee of £35pp. If this happens please get in touch and we can discuss using the cancellation charge as credit for the next time you book in with us.

For Sunday Lunch: head to our bookings page and enter your card details to secure the booking. We take a non refundable £10pp deposit to prevent no shows. Please remember that our Sunday Lunch is a pop up and only runs on particular dates.

For Everything Else: all events are booked through our bookings system unless otherwise clearly stated. We usually charge the cost of the event upfront and this is generally non refundable unless we can fill the space.

I’ve received a cancellation email but I didn’t cancel?

The most common answer is that you’ve accidentally made 2 bookings and the first has timed out and sent the cancellation email. To check, click on your most recent confirmation email and check the status of your booking by clicking the view booking button . This will take you to your personal booking page where you can send us messages and check the your booking status. If it says confirmed you can ignore the cancellation email.

Alternatively you can compare the booking numbers, you’ll probably have 2 different ones as well as 2 confirmation emails, if this is the case then you can again ignore the cancellation email.

To prevent this from happening in the future, please make sure you add the card details to the original booking via the confirmation in your mailbox rather than creating a new one through the website.

if we ever need to cancel your booking we will get in touch directly
